How might we create a way for Black Women working in The Alliance to address, process, and mitigate workplace harm from the past, present and future?

The Experience
We designed and hosted a rapid liberatory design thinking cycle made of 6 virtual sessions for a core design team within a weeks’ time in order to leverage momentum and relationships to go deep into this important problem.
