How might we create ways to foster more belonging for families who are navigating this challenging process and transition?

The Experience

We pushed in for an in-context design cycle where we spent time in design research and empathy mode learning and listening to the challenges that stakeholders face. From there we hosted pop-ups, ideation sessions and co-designed prototypes to test live in context.

The Deliverables and Outcomes

For each design cycle, the organization leaders and numerous stakeholders left with a felt practice of using design thinking to solve problems in community and prototypes for facilitating a greater sense of belonging amongst their focal groups.
