Designers
Systems leaders and organizations reach out to us to do design work in their ecosystem and with their stakeholders in order to better understand the problem they are trying to solve and to co-design possible game-changing solutions with those who are closest to impact. We will coordinate a design team, engage in a design cycle, gather insights, create prototypes, test, refine, and make recommendations for scaling...
Hosts + Facilitators
You have the leaders, the stakeholders, the problem and the readiness to work on it— now you need a process and the guides that will get you there. Systems leaders and organizations reach out to us to host and facilitate a design process or experience that allows for the system to use design to solve their own problems while developing their design abilities and capacity. In having us convene and hold space, leaders are able to participate and transform power along the way...
Coaches + Strategists
You’ve got the role, you’ve got the team, you have a sense of the problem- and you need to define a path forward for the crew as well as define the ways you need to show up in your authentic leadership in order to be and do you best– we can support you with that. Systems leaders reach out to us for leadership + strategy coaching in order to have a space to unfold, grapple with what is, define what needs to be, design a path forward...
